BACKGROUND
Background
During peak e-commerce campaigns, a global consumer brand needed daily output of banners, product thumbnails and social assets in many formats. Traditional designer throughput simply could not keep up — and the bar on brand consistency was non-negotiable.
CHALLENGE
Challenge
Build a semi-automated pipeline — AI image generation, brand-visual checks and batch export — to cut average time per asset from two hours to fifteen minutes.


APPROACH
Approach
We trained a brand-specific LoRA on top of Stable Diffusion to keep AI output stylistically in-band. A workflow script chains prompt management → generation → automated composition checks → brand-colour validation → batch export. Designers shifted from making every image to setting direction and QA-tuning the output.
User research & scenario mapping
Map target users, key touchpoints and information priority. Pin down what the page should solve first.
Visual language
Define colour, typography, image ratios and rhythm so the project speaks with one voice.
Components & design system
Break key modules into reusable structures spanning lists, details, showcase and conversion flows.
Hand-off & delivery
Multi-device adaptation, copy placement and detail polish to keep visuals and experience unified.


OUTCOME
Outcome
Daily asset output increased 8× during campaign periods; designer overtime dropped 70%. The brand has rolled the pipeline out to its global marketing team and continues to iterate the model with Linggu on a regular cadence.
